Sarah’s food and beverage journey began in Chicago, IL in 2018. After bonding with many accomplished bartenders there, she found a job barbacking at sister cocktail bars, The Victor Bar and Love Street. She soon climbed the ranks, becoming a well known bartender at the establishments.
In Austin, TX, Sarah has worked at notable locations including The Austin Shaker, Sunset Strip Comedy Club, Seven Grand, Las Perlas, Cana Rum Bar, and The Treasury at Shangri-La. Whenever given the opportunity, Sarah loves to work with brands including Jp Wiser’s, Lot 40, Johnnie walker, and Yebiga Serbian Plum Brandy.
From 2022 on, fellow bartenders helped Sarah find educational programs for bar professionals including Bar Smarts, Speed-Rack and Lush Life Productions which led her to attend Camp Runamok and complete her Canadian Whisky Certification. In January 2025, She will venture to the Culinary Institute of America where she will complete the rigorous Bar 5 Day Course for bartenders.
